The Santa Fe Motel and Inn is looking for a positive and personable, fast-paced, highly ethical, and experienced front desk/receptionist who thrives on helping their team members succeed and who is looking for a long term, stable employment. The Santa Fe Motel & Inn is a small boutique hotel, locally owned and operated that provides a wonderfully upbeat work environment. We are ranked #6 of 63 hotels on TripAdvisor in Santa Fe. The person we are seeking is positive and highly motivated to provide the best in customer service to our guests.
Salary: $15.00 per hour (Full or Part Time available)

Responsibilities
Front desk responsibilities
Provide World-Class customer service through positive interaction and continuously elevate guest satisfaction and experience efficiently in person, emails, and phone calls.
Check-in duties including all necessary documentation, guest preparation, and processing
Co-ordinate guest and staff room allocation and movement for a seamless customer experience
Cashier duties to be performed accurately and efficiently
Customer Service Representative duties
Answer questions on all services, instructions, payments, fees, policies accurately and efficiently with World-Class customer service
Process guest inquiries quickly while providing world-class customer service
Miscellaneous duties
Administrative duties e.g. documentation, scanning, photocopying, filing, file retrieval, receiving, data entry
Assist in the preparation of wonderful hot breakfast each morning.
Requirements
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Experience:
Front Desk experience preferred but not required as we will train the right person.
Education:
High School Diploma (Required)
Associate (Preferred)
