Cook needed for the Artesian Restaurant. The Prep Cook/Line Cook assists in the preparation of meals. Prep is the main duty but will assist on the line as a line cook if needed. This cook will work on the prep list until finished and related duties. Duties may vary from prepping to cooking on the line as business demands.
Additional responsibilities include cleaning, preping food, stocking inventory, cleaning equipment and keeping a sanitary clean work area. Good knowledge of proper food storage, consolidation and FIFO is a must and needs to be followed.
Must be reliable, have good attitude, team oriented and must be able to multitask at a good pace.
Must be able to work under extreme hot/cold conditions, bend and kneel during shifts and be able to lift 50 pounds or less.
Must work well in a team environment and under pressure.
