1. Assistant Manager:
Motivated Leader for Front of the House, Bar Management and Patio
Training skills for Service Standards
Knowledge and understanding Bar Management and Alcohol inventories/costing/pricing
People skills related to Guest Interaction
Organization
Salary range $40,000 to $45,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
Benefits: Health Insurance (50% of Premium up to $250/month); 2 Week vacation; Tenure Bonus of $2,600/year to vest 50% per year
Performance Bonus Opportunity for Operations: Sales, COGS%, Labor of $750/Period or $9,000/year
55-60 hour work week
2. Catering and Group Sales for on and off Premise

Catering and Group Sales Service Skill Sets
Knowledge of food, costing and pricing
Recruitment of business for Group Sales
Handle Catering facilities and equipment, including a catering trailer and vehicle for Off Premise
Work week of 50 hours, with some FOH and BOH time in the restaurant of approximately 25 hours per week in Support roles for Operations.
Base Salary range of $32,000 to $36,000 plus Benefits and Bonus for catering sales of 5% of Sales generated.

Catering Sales Potential are estimated to be $200,000-$300,000 annually: Potential Bonus of $10,000-$15,000/year
