A growing Facility Repair company is seeking plumbers for its team. The company needs:
Plumbers, Plumber Apprentices and Plumber Helpers. Must be versatile craftsmen who can execute building maintenance tasks as assigned. Pay will be relative to experience, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills which are a must.
This career requires serious work ethic, determination to win, the ability to take just about anything apart and put it back together. You will get dirtier than you ever thought possible.
We hire for attitude. We are willing to train if you have the right attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties ( depends on the position applied for )
Receive work orders for company projects and arrive at the site on or before the scheduled time
Interface effectively with the commercial/retail store manager onsite to further diagnose the problem and
understand the current impact on store operations
Investigate the problem, develop a plan to resolve the issue and report into your Project Manager
Proceed with the repair following company procedures, protocols and policies -Must be able to follow all
Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing, so the systems pass any required inspections
the first time
Effectively manage time and personal finances while working on the road for a defined period of time
Work effectively with other Team Members is a must. If you like to gossip, or have a problem treating
others the way you want to be treated. Do Not Apply.
Understand fully the meaning of customer service
Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to travel extended periods and work flexible hours - company works 24/7
A valid driver's license, clean driving record and basic hand tools for the craft is a requirement
A demonstrable base of Plumbing knowledge we will test your knowledge
Must be able to operate a smart phone well
Must be a self-starter, and a self-finisher
We are looking for individuals to add to our team who are collaborative, with problem-solving skills, good decision-making ability, good listening skills, strong verbal communication, stress and time management
skills, customer service experience, physical stamina and strength, and excellent trouble-shooting ability. Above all, a "Can Do" attitude.
