Part time apartment manager/minor maintenance person for small apartment complex. Flexible hours. Collect rents, deposit rent, interact with residents, minor maintenance and minor grounds upkeep (pickup trash, etc replace ac furnace filters, etcnothing major as use other subcontractors)10-15 hours per week at most. You can live on or off site as your preference Experience preferred but not required as will train. Former office worker/assistant or bookkeeper ideal.
