As an occupancy field inspector you can set your own hours, work at your own pace, position can be full or part time, no experience necessary Position includes taking photos of subject property and answering a brief questionnaire based on visual observations using a mobile app. Inspections usually take 5 to 10 minutes. We are performing all inspections as NO CONTACT at this time.
Requirements include:
Being self motivated
Smartphone/ Tablet
Reliable transportation
Printer
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver's license
