This position requires availability approximately 2 weeks per month, from Monday through Thursday. Housing and meals are provided while there. Two people prepare 3 meals per day for approximately 20-25 people. Total hours for the week range from about 34 to 39. Employees are paid weekly. Some experience in a commercial kitchen is desired but not required. We are willing to train. Please email with any questions.
