Looking for a property manager for high quality 36 unit complex in Alamogordo. Property manager will oversee the daily Looking for a property manager for a high quality 36 unit apartment complex in Alamogordo, NM. Primary position is one of property manager who will oversee the daily operations of the property, tenant relations and leasing of apartments. Office duties include tenant relations, collection and deposit of rents, leasing of apartments, managing unit turnover, coordination of maintenance items and reporting to supervisor on daily activities. A knowledge of light maintenance duties would be helpful such as painting, small repairs such as faucets, light bulbs, troubleshooting, etc. would be helpful. Position has flexible hours and not considered a full time position.
