St. Clair Winery and Bistro, Farmington is seeking friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented servers with a passion for hospitality to join our team.
Serving the four-corners region, our newest St. Clair Winery and Bistro location in Farmington, NM was opened in 2010. Our Winemaker and Master Chef collaborated to create a menu that features epicurean-style dishes paired with our award-winning New Mexico wines.Â
As a primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room and patio, the server is responsible for selling and serving wine and food using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.
Requirements:
-Must represent our vision and values
-Must obtain a NM alcohol servers license
-Hard-working, team player
-A minimum of 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
-Experience in an upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred
-Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours per day
-Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
-Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
-Ability to communicate and understand the primary language of the work location
-Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills
-Ability to perform essential functions to St Clair Winery and Bistro standards with reasonable accommodation
-Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidaysÂ
-Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, managers, and team membersÂ
-Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
