Kip's Grill has been "Pleasin' the People" in Creede, Colorado for 24 years. We are now hiring line cooks to work through the Summer with year-round opportunities available. EXCELLENT PAY for competitive experience (starts at $12/hour plus tips). The perfect applicant enjoys a VERY fast-paced environment, takes pride in putting out High-Quality Food and is a great communicator and team member. We have a lot of fun at Kip's Grill and we work hard too!
There is something for everyone in Creede - the Rio Grande river for fishing and boating, hiking, mountain biking, ATV roads, and it is just 40 minutes from "the most snow on earth" at Wolf Creek Ski Area. Not to mention that it is an extremely affordable place to live with great schools! Creede is a tiny town in the Fall and Winter but we have lots of hunting and great events that keep people visiting.
We are a year-round restaurant, specializing in homemade tacos, sauces, salsas and wild game burgers. We have freshly squeezed juices and amazing specials that change all of the time. Our atmosphere is relaxed and fun with a primary focus on giving the best service possible! We have live music almost daily in the summer, a large downstairs patio and a covered upstairs patio with a 360-degree view of the mountains. This is the best place to work in southwest Colorado!

Recreation in Creede has no limits, and, even better, you won't have the crowds like you do in other mountain towns. You can always find a trail to yourself or an untapped stash of powder in the backcountry.
We do have in-town employee housing! It is 5 blocks from the house to The Grill and the house is right in the middle of town. You can have a private room and share a bathroom with one other person. Kitchen, dining and living space are all communal. Rent is $400 a month and includes everything. There is great wifi at the house. A $100 deposit is required to rent a room.
