Looking to hire a responsible individual or couple to be on-site managers for a 46 unit apartment complex in Grants, New Mexico.
Free rent in exchange for overseeing tenants, handyman responsibilities and yard maintenance.
The New West Apartments are located at 1069 Bonita Ave., Grants, NM. The property consists of 46 units, laundry facility and office, built in 1980.
Currently, the apartments are managed by the owner along with a part time office manager. The owner and one other man work two days a week on maintenance.
The owner has been engaged in a total renovation of the interiors of vacant units and all of the exteriors of the 12 buildings that make up the complex. There are nine vacant units which are at various stages of repair.
In order to achieve the owner's objectives for the property, a resident manager is required to oversee welfare of the property and also assist with the renovation and maintenance.
Must be willing to take a drug test and background check.
