Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care efficiently with the awareness of the goals of the unit and/or organization. Reports to the Float Team Manager and works closely with the Hospital Supervisors to meet the operational needs of the facility. Supports staff and patients of specific units during periods of extraordinary and/or unpredictable nursing care needs (member of the Rapid Response and code Blue Team).Education Background
Graduate of approved nursing program.
Bachelors of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Current California Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
Work Experience
Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency.
