Description SAIC is looking to fill a position for Business Analyst to provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Provide expertise in change management and training support. Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis. The team is responsible for identifying and implementing tools that will enable the team to deliver a more efficient, stable, and agile service through innovation. Additionally, the selected candidate will be part of a team that takes the lead in developing and implementing key parts of the IT Enterprise strategy, including evaluating requirements, recommending solutions, and developing custom-made IT Systems.
Primary Responsibilities•Development of in-house systems in accordance with the agreed standards •Assist users in the production of functional specifications and produce technical specifications •Assist with the production of supporting documentation including policies and procedures for delivered services•Author technical documentation for support staff and other developers •Maintain an appropriate level of skill/knowledge to carry out assigned tasks#ABQX Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management of Information Systems, or relevant discipline and 2 years or more of related experience OR 6 years or more of related experience in lieu of degree. •ITIL Foundations Certification•SQL experience •Experience utilizing V-Sphere or Unidesk•Web development knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, .Net and ASP or experience in other development tools and a willingness and ability to learn the products listed•Proven track record of innovation development and implementation•Broad range of IT knowledge•Strong understanding of the cyber security practices, procedures and operations•Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines •Able to think through technical problems •High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a structured method of working •Able to communicate with users at all levels to evaluate requirements •Ability to independently see a project through from conception to implementation•No clearance required to start; must be able to obtain and maintain a Q.Desired Skills•CompTia A+•KCS Foundation Certification•Green Belt Certified•Experience with Change Management process•ITSM (Advanced user and Metric gathering, analyzing)•Bomgar Server Admin Experience•Evidence of experience utilizing and configuring AVAYA CMS systems•Evidence of experience utilizing and configuring AVAYA Call flow analytics systems•Proficient in Visual Studio (Coding and Scripting)•Power shell •Experience with leading complex projects that incorporate multiple facets of the company (Network, infrastructure, leadership, financial, operational, systematic, security and training) in order to have a complete solution when the project in completeMy SAIC Benefits.Vacancy caducado!
