We have a part-timeÂopportunityÂavailable with 4-hour shifts toÂserveÂclients in the greater Albuquerque area.Â
More than simply assisting with personal care, transportation, medication reminders and other activities of daily living, you will help your client live a happier, more independent life by facilitating enjoyable activities like exercise, mental stimulation and hobbies. Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.
By workingÂwith a client you are enhancing his or her quality of life using our proprietary Balanced Care Method(TM), a holistic approach to care and our proprietary Cognitive Therapeutics Method interactions. ÂAt Home Care Assistance we are passionate about continuing education and development for our employees and we train our caregivers in the Balanced Care Method and other programs such as Cognitive Therapeutics.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Our clients require assistance with their personal activities of daily living as well as housekeeping, transportation and companionship.Â
As a Home Care Assistance team member you canÂexpect to receive stable work assignments and even overtime offered to you weekly.Â

-Past experience as a caregiver 2-3 years
-A passion for the job and helping others
-Reliable transportation (your car registration and insurance is needed at interview)
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, ability test
