Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute, Student Services,

Admissions/Financial Aid programs. As the Supervisory Admissions

& Financial Aid Specialist you will be accountable to efficiently

manage and coordinate the recruitment, admission, registrar, and

financial aid services to students before, during and after they are

enrolled at SIPI.As a Supervisory Admissions & Financial Aid Specialist,

GS-0301-11, your typical work assignments may include but are not

limited to:

Serves in a critical role in a post-secondary level, in the

success of providing students accurate and timely information,

regarding: enrollment/re-enrollment process, transferring from

other accredited post-secondary institutions; withdrawal,

financial aid process, etc.

Supervise both the Admissions and Financial Aid offices.

Compile reports for funding, accreditation, enrollment

demographics, financial aid, academic programs, student success,

etc.

Compliance with government legislation, regulations, policies

and procedures regarding student records, enrollment,

registration, financial aid.

Travel RequiredOccasional travel - Work requires travel away from the duty station

sometimes to attend meetings, conferences, and visit other offices.

admissions, financial aid, recruitment and registrar programs;

exercise independent judgment in completing and carrying out

assignments; make various determinations to prioritize,

strategize, and manage admissions, recruitment, enrollment,

records, and financial aid.Only experience and education obtained by the closing date of this
