Lead Field Service Fire Alarm Technician

As a guide Lead Field Service Fire Alarm Technician here at Honeywell, you will be the technical expert and guide in fire alarm field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex fire alarm projects, providing technical expertise and facilitating to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our El Paso, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our fire alarm field service operations. You will be accountable for guiding a team of technicians, providing guidance and facilitating to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our service processes.
