Description We are in search of a HR Recruiter to join our team based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is pivotal in our organization, focusing on managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to interview setup. The HR Recruiter will also be tasked with developing innovative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline and maintain solid relationships with potential candidates.
