Frank's Electric, a small Albuquerque area company, is looking for an accounting and office assistant. We would like someone with a least 3 years experience in the following areas:
QuickBooks Enterprises Desktop, duties include invoicing customers, billing vendors, creating purchase orders for company purchases. Also, at times assisting with phone calls and helping out other employees in office.
Excel, Word, Outlook experience would be necessary. Additional anyone familiar with computer systems, basic software and computer troubleshooting, that would be real plus.
