NetworkQUALIFICATION:A. Education:High school diploma or
GED equivalent requiredB. Experience: Three (3) years' experience in law enforcement, private security or
investigations preferred.Ability to effectively interact with hospital employees, visitors,
patients, contractors, andvolunteers. Ability to effectively manage the responsibilities and
duties of the position andthe departmentC. Certification/Licensure: Valid New Jersey driver's license requiredBasic Security Officer Certification (IAHSS) required within 1 year
of hireNon Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) required within 100 days of hireAmerican Heart Association BLS required within 100 days of hire
