Job Description: Working as part of the Operations area within Retirement Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading an agile team focused on key client issues and on-going work in our Recordkeeping platform The candidate will be responsible for a daily Kanban and the review and prioritization of client issue tickets, as well as weekly reporting and issue escalation Issues will be technical in nature and the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced technology environment Responsibilities: Running a daily Kanban for the Recordkeeping platform incident and request tickets Daily grooming of Operations support incident and request tickets and historical tickets Tracking and reporting the progress of open issues Leading weekly meetings for a cross-functional team of technology and business associates, focused on client issue resolution #LI-MM1Requirements: Scrum Master and Agile project management experience required Kanban experience required Service Now experience a plusID: 2019-31686 External Company Name: Comrise External Company URL: www.comrise.com
