OverviewManage all assigned projects including: design, specification, bidding, contract review, scheduling, and system acceptance. Attend weekly project meetings including construction, architect, etc. Perform on site inspection and system acceptance for all new stores and renovations. Complete all assigned capital projects. Provide any support and/or training for new stores, renovations, etcResponsibilitiesProject Management:
Responsible for Technology & Systems projects. Project scope of work may include: systems design and layout, preparation of bid specifications, vendor selection, project management, on site inspection for system review and system acceptance upon completion, and budget compliance. Provide support and training as needed for the new store set-up process.
Project Support:
Work with the Technology & Systems Project Manager on any assigned additional projects such as researching new equipment, qualifying vendors, forecasting equipment replacement, etc. as needed.
Support & Training:
Provide any support and training as needed for the new store/location set-up process. This may be included centrally such as with the Security Training School or on site with the new store staff or Security.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with all business partners, vendors, etc. Respond timely and effeciantly to all issues and inquiries. Escalate any necessary issues appropriately.
Qualifications
Strong computer knowledge including the use of Windows applications, Microsoft Access, AutoCAD, Visio.
Strong technical understanding of physical security systems including CCTV, card access, and burglar alarm
Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Position requires travel and occasional working of non-traditional business hours and overtime.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:· Technical or Security Industry certification such as PSP or CPP.· Four year college degree preferred.Req #40981CategorySecurity
