This is a terrific opportunity to join Accelerate, Stryker’s largest transformational program to date!Accelerate’s Manager, ERP Analytics Lead – Forecast to Supply (FTS) leads the design and implementation of inventory, planning, global trade, and transportation management reports and dashboards across all Stryker divisions, regions, and geographies. The successful candidate will gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders; partner with Business Process Owners to understand underlying business processes; act as a liaison between the business and IS for report development; conduct validation testing on reports; and coordinate training and rollout of reports. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the global reporting and analytics platform across Stryker.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Global Process Owners (GPOs) in capturing, prioritizing, and fulfilling reporting needs

Capture user requirements and determine approach to satisfy requirements

Prioritize reporting needs in BA Backlog

Create Functional Design documents

Execute testing, documenting defects and results in HP ALM

Create/update training documentation

Conduct Train-the-trainer sessions

Ensure on-time deployment of Day 1 & Day 30 reports

Provide post Go-live Hypercare support

Responsible for the timely completion of analytics deliverables and tasks for process area

Facilitate workshops to identify and align on reporting requirements

Work with process team to drive harmonized metrics and key performance indicators across all divisions and geographies.

Education & Special Trainings:

BS, BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent required.

Masters in in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

Prefer minimum of 10 years of industry experience across multiple disciplines

Prefer experience in a leadership role(s) at the Manager/ Sr. Manager level

Prefer experience in Forecast to Supply (FTS) functional area “end to end”

SAP experience preferred

Prior experience delivering an ERP, major business-system, or large-scale transformational projects or programs

Ability to collaborate and influence across functions, divisions, and regions to build consensus and drive change.

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement a Global Template solution.

Strong Microsoft Office skill-sets

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Aligned with program goals and principles
