Salary:$50,000 to $75,000 / a year based on experience
Some type of construction experience (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Job Responsibilities:
LOAD AND UNLOAD TRUCKS
DRIVE TO AND FROM JOB SITES IN A COMPANY VEHICLE
SPEAK WITH CLIENTS AND PROJECTS MANGERS
A WORKING FOREMAN TO WORK WITH A 5-9 MAN SIZE CREW, DEPENDING THE PROJECTS
CLOSE OUT PROJECTS DOWN TO THE LAST DETAILS
Qualifications:
Must Have Valid Drivers License and everyday transportation to the shop In magnolia,nj
Must pass Background Check
Must drive company vehicles in a professional matter
Must have at least 5 years experience in the some type of construction,roofing is a plus
Must be able to Speak with clients, project managers and roofing crew
Must be able to fill out daily job sheets
Must be able to move jobs along in a fast paced environment
THERES PLENTY MORE MUSTS HOWEVER WE WILL PROVIDE GREAT MONEY, ROOM FOR GROWTH AND ENDLESS HOURS AVAILABLE
40 hrs a week time and a half after forty hours.
Weekends optional
