Successful landscape design company located in South Jersey is searching for an experienced laborer to both serve on and oversee a small landscaping crew. Please know that this is just as much a hands on position as it is a management position. This position is seasonal (full-time hours, March through December), and the hourly salary as well as seasonal and production bonuses are dependent upon skills, experience, performance, and reliability.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience. Design and supervisory experience are preferred. Valid NJ Drivers license in good standing and reliable transportation are A MUST. Please be personable, dependable, reliable, organized, hard-working, and be able to get along well with others. Looking for candidates who take great pride in their work and performance. Daily schedules will change, however, interested candidates should be available Monday through Saturday, from 5:00AM-6:00PM.
Duties will include but not be limited to: planting and transplanting trees, annuals/perennials, and bulbs; grooming calls and clean ups; mulching; hardscaping; irrigation; concept designs and layouts; interacting with clients; managing crew members; and tracking expenses.
