PAINTLINE TECHS (PLT)
We're looking for several energetic and dependable people to fill Paint Line Technician positions. An Experienced Masker, paint prep person is desired but can train. Experience is a plus but not essential- Will train the right attitude. Dependability and ability to adapt are necessary. Positions are full time and paid hourly. References are required.
Job Responsibilities
As defined by management. . .
The PLT will use and maintain all MAACO equipment in a safe and judicious manner.
The PLT will adhere to all health regulations and utilize all safety equipment.
The PLT will adhere to all safety rules in dealing with hazardous materials.
The PLT will maintain his/her workstation in a clean and efficiently organized manner.
The PLT will perform work in accordance with MAACO Quality and Time Standards.
The PLT will use all materials in an efficient and cost effective manner.
The PLT will develop all the skills of sanding, masking and detailing.
The PLT will function as a member of the MAACO team, and assist other Paintline Technicians in the completion of their procedures when needed to keep the line moving.
In Masking. . .
The PLT will mask vehicles in accordance with the MAACO procedures for masking.
The PLT will keep assist the painter in priming and preparing all vehicles. Ability to paint smaller jobs is a plus
