A great Kitchen Manager position is open at Tortilla Press in downtown Collingswood. This is an opportunity to make your culinary mark and be part of our management team.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for back of house and kitchen operations. You will hire staff, purchase food, ensure that all items are properly stocked and also ensure that your staff is trained on proper food handling & safety/sanitation techniques.
You'll also make sure our the kitchen is cleaned on a regular schedule, that our guests are served great food, cooked properly in the right proportions.
You'll work with top management to keep tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours. Familiarity with kitchen operations is a must. You'll work with an owner, a general manager and an assistant manager - we're here to make sure you are successful!
