We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented individual to fulfill a critical function dealing with our customers and clients. Our company is a leader in the repossession industry and has been in business for over 25 years. You will be part of a friendly & professional small office team which helps and supports the entire company operations. Work in a clean and secure facility with a well-appointed employee break room. In addition, we pride ourselves in providing our team of employees the latest technology and equipment so they can successfully complete their assignments.
Qualified candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks without errors and have excellent customer service skills. Prior experience with a repossession or towing company is preferred, but no necessary.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering the phone
Accurate Data Entry
Scheduling & handling customer appointments to retrieve vehicles and/or personal property
Scheduling & coordination of transporters for vehicles leaving our lot
Maintaining accurate inventory of vehicles and personal property coming in and going out of our facility
Effectively communicate & work with other team members to resolve issues
Minimum Job Requirements:
Available to work a fixed schedule of 8 hours/day Monday-Friday. Scheduled hours will be between 8am -6pm (Actual schedule will be agreed upon hire)
High school diploma or GED
Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free
MS Office/Excel/Outlook proficient
Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively on the phone.
Previous experience in resolving problems and issues of with customers and/or clients
Ability to learn to use software specific to the repossession industry (Prios, RDN, irepo, etc.)
