As a solar appointment setter, you will call potential customers and set appointments for solar consultants to come out to the home and educate customers Previous telemarketing experience on the phone is not required, experience at a solar company is a plus. Previous cold calling experience is a major plus.
Applicants MUST:
- The ability to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls
- Be able to work Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, 40 hours every week.
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Be able to take anywhere between 100-200 calls a day
- Be self motivated and possess a strong work ethic
- Be well spoken, confident, and polite.
- Be able to speak clearly with customers on the phone
- Possess the ability to work under pressure, supervised, and unsupervised
