- ability to travel 3 - 4 weeks per year

- bachelors degree (Business, Communications or Sports related discipline preferred)

- 3 to 5 years applicable work experience

All Access GTE, a leading Sports Event and Travel provider is seeking an Operations & Office Coordinator to support the growth of their exciting company. The ideal candidate will find a non-traditional, forward thinking work environment a perfect fit and display a positive and optimistic outlook both in the office and with clients. Initial responsibilities will center on basic accounts payable and receivable reconciliation, event preparation and organization (including several weeks of overnight travel per year to attend these events) and Client support including itinerary follow-up, quotation prep and general client services. Position also supports the executive team with some general administrative support.
