This position will start remote and transition to onsite in the future.AGENCY experience is requiredThe Senior Account Manager plays a key role of ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and profitability of each engagement. The SAM has strong client management skills and a balanced understanding of brand, content and creative strategy. They will foster a strong relationship by servicing our client’s day-to-day needs while understanding and supporting their long and short term goals.The SAM identifies, or creates, additional business opportunities with our clients beyond existing work. The SAM acts as client advocate, and is the primary contact between the agency and clients The SAM will take part in calls or meetings with clients to learn project parameters, present work, aid in strategy or exchange other project-related information. The SAM will coordinate meetings and assign work with various agency team members to represent client needs and goals—ensuring accurate project proposals and successful outcomes.The SAM will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, always striving to find the services which best fit the individual needs of the client.
