DescriptionA growing hardware manufacturing company is looking to hire an AP Analyst to their team. This is an exciting role with a diverse set of responsibilities. This role will be responsible for: Entering payments, setting up new vendors in Great Plains, 1099 & vendor maintenance, purchase order processing/discrepancies and check disbursements. The ideal candidate will have experience in all AP related issues including month end, wires, reconciliations, and invoicing. This person will have 3+ years’ experience within AP and a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.This position offers a competitive salary, top benefits plan, career growth opportunities and opportunity to learn general accounting. AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
Comprehensive knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
