A QuickChek Night Manager will ensure the smooth operation of an overnight shift, demonstrate Total Customer Dedication, motivate co-workers, and complete assigned responsibilities. The priority of the Night Manager is to ensure a great customer experience. This will be achieved through setting the pace in maintaining store standards, ensuring safety and all operating procedures are adhered to, and by modeling a positive store culture for both Team Members and customers. Provide exceptional customer service Tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner Complete assigned tasks for store during shift Follow proper guidelines for food preparation, vendor check-in, loss prevention, cash handling, payroll, timekeeping, sanitation and all store procedures Stay updated on new policies and procedures Attend mandatory/scheduled store meetings Verify cash drawer at the beginning and conclusion of each work shift Delegate work to team members 1+ Year supervisory experience preferred Available and comfortable with working Overnight/3rd shift Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to motivate and work with a team Punctuality and excellent attendance record Stand - Continuously Bend/Squat/Twist – Frequently Reaching – Frequently Work in cold environment – Occasionally Lifting Up to 10lbs – Continuously
