Job Description:
BTS Landscaping is an established landscape company that has been serving Morris County for over 25 years. We are a high quality, not high quantity company looking for passionate and committed employees who share our values. We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated person to fill the position of Hardscape Foreman to work under the direction of the Construction Manager.
7:15 am start Monday through Friday. Weekend/overtime work required.

Requirements:
Clean, Valid drivers license.
Minimum 3 years hardscape experience with some plant identification knowledge.
Maintain high standards and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work independently and with other departments when necessary.
Ability to maintain organization of tools, equipment and materials.
Experience operating skid steer, backhoe, dump truck and other related machinery.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers and clients.
Must be 18 or older.
Responsibilities:
Execute proper hardscape construction techniques.
Supervise a crew of 2+ and be able to give clear direction.
Track job expenses and daily timesheets.
Maintain neat and orderly job sites and company trucks.
Must be punctual and maintain a professional appearance.
Assist with snow removal in winter months.
