About the Job
The Role of Field Maintenance Inspector performs duties requiring maintenance and/or craft skills to ensure all apartments are in move-in condition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform apartment inspections
Confirm building and apartment access
Perform repairs and maintenance
Perform re-touch cleaning
Maintain household supplies and key inventory control
Photograph apartments
Document apartment condition
Communicate issues with Customer Service Representatives
Education/Experience Required:
High School diploma or GED; English speaking (ESL acceptable); Maintenance experience
