Advantage Auto Repair is searching for a strong Automotive and Light Truck Mechanic with a great personality to join our service center in Randolph NJ. This position is primarily responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. As a team member, this individual is expected to mentor through consistent personal growth to develop their own capabilities. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star services to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality. In addition, this position is responsible for all guest vehicles, the repairs, and the conveyance of information to non mechanical individuals.
The Automotive mechanic position requires experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems of both foreign and domestic vehicles, while using leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Outstanding starting salary.
Must have minimum 5 years experience as an automotive technician.
Must have a complete set of tools for both foreign and domestic vehicles.
Must have clean valid driver’s license
