Due to the pandemic covid 19, we have have been conducting daily interviews by appointments ONLY!
Both men and women 18 and older can apply. Officers must be flexible to work any shift including overnights. Must be able to work immediately if you are considered for the position we have many positions available in all counties.
We will TRAIN ALL Unlicensed SORA guards who are tired of dead-end jobs, unemployment and looking for advance within a very demanding career as a security officer within the state of New Jersey. ARMED TRAINING is also available. NO HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED! as a unarmed officer, However must be able to read and write reports clearly. Upon arriving for the interview a MASK is mandatory for everyone! All sora license officers must be in dressed business attire, all non license personnel can dress casual but appropriately. A mandatory background check is required regardless of SORA license.
REQUIREMENTS:
Patrols assigned post on foot or patrol vehicle to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activity
Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions.
Ability to work either full or part-time, Weekends and Over- time is available.
Must be authorized to work in the United States or Green card holder.
Professional demeanor is a must.
Immediate need for officers with cars preferred, however not required.
Must have established childcare provisions arranged before hire.
Able to pass a mandated background check No exceptions (SORA OR NON-SORA personnel).
Must have excellent verbal communicational skills.
Responds to emergencies, reports irregularities, informs violators of policies, protocols, and procedures and restraining trespassers.
