We're a custom garment printing shop located in Union City, NJ looking to expand! Check us out on Instagram to get an idea about what we do and offer. (IG: brandbuilders) We customize T-Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, Jackets, Denim, Logo Designs, etc. No order is too small or large and we fulfill orders for any brand or occasion.
We have part and full time positions available. Morning, Night and soon Overnight Shifts. If you have a form of transportation, a passion for what we do and a positive attitude you'll hit the ground running!

1) Screenprint Operator (experience required)
- Reviews work order for each job to understand placement, location and color(s).
- Verifies the quantity of goods to be run per job.
- Preps goods for printing.
- Secures supervisor’s approval for production run.
- Set up and tear down of jobs.
- Prints job maintaining optimum production speed and makes press adjustments to maintain print quality, registration and color.
- Solves printing issues with supervisor to assure job is done to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Ensures proper cleanliness of press, work station and immediate area.
- Completes production records. Regular, punctual attendance.
- Coating, burning, cleaning, and reclaiming of screens.
2) Direct To Garment (DTG) Operator
- Will train a motivated individual.
- Reviews work order for each job to understand placement, location and color(s).
- Verifies the quantity of goods to be run per job.
- Preps goods for printing.
- Secures supervisor’s approval for production run.
- Set up and tear down of jobs.
- Prints job maintaining optimum production speed and makes press adjustments to maintain print quality.
3) Embroidery Operator (experience preferred)
- Retrieve designs from the computer and enter it into the embroidery machine.
- Enter thread colors into the machine, double check garment, count and style are accurate.
- Load and unload the machine with new/old hooped items.
- Clean, lubricate and maintain the machine making minor adjustments as needed to correct any issues.
- Complete the work order in a timely manner while meeting the quality specifications.
- Verifies the quantity of goods to be run per job.
- Preps goods for shipping.
- Secures supervisor’s approval for production run.
4) Social Media Sales/Customer Service
- Ecommerce sales and Microsoft Excel background is a must.
(Instagram, Shopify Live Chat, Facebook and Text Message Sales)
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion. Assist with customer service related issues and requests and communicate with production/inventory until fixed. Send invoices to clients, input their orders into our system, etc.
5) Inventory - Shipping
- Will train a motivated individual but Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets experience is needed. Stock and organize garments for incoming orders. Box and ship completed orders. Order wholesale garments for customers Monday-Friday. Major organization skills are needed for this position.
6) Graphic Designer
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a must. Vector images, prepare files for screenprinting/DTG printing. Create visual product mock ups for pending orders. Confirm colors/placement with customers and communicate customer requests with production. This position is a major piece of the operation. Graphic creativity is a plus and passion is a MUST!
