A mid-size startup in the skincare industry in Paramus, NJ is looking for a Temp Human Resources Coordinator to support various aspects of their lean HR team. This company is in a hyper growth stage and planning to double headcount in the new year. The company’s environment is fast-paced, collaborative and supportive of growth opportunities.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18-21/hr (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
With a lean team and aggressive growth pans, the Human Resources Coordinator will support all aspects of HR, including but not limited to day-to-day employee support, general admin, maintaining their internal HRIS, support with on boarding and orientation, and light recruitment. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in creating the best employee experience and build the future of this brand. The schedule will be Monday–Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
On-boarding management
General support in all day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain employee information in HRIS system
Process all new hire paperwork, terminations and payroll changes
Support benefits administration, including communication, enrollment and status changes
Human Resources Coordinator will also support various HR programs and initiatives
Assist with recruitment process (job posting, screening, and interview scheduling)
Source for new candidates using LinkedIn and other Jobs Boards
Help create a memorable candidate experience
Qualifications:
Human Resources Coordinator should have 1-2 years of work experience in HR
Experience using various HRIS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Labor & Employee Retention, or Business Administration)
