Who We Are
Bark Buildings partners with luxury apartment buildings to improve the quality of life of pets and pet owners through our unique Canine Club amenity. The Canine Club consists of community based events and gifting that socialize resident dogs, engage residents through unique experiences, and build a stronger sense of community. In addition to our Canine Club activities, we also partner with the building on pet care services such as dog walking, training, and house sitting, for resident dogs. Skills and Experience:
The right candidate will have previous experience in hospitality/customer service and enjoys helping others. As a community manager, you will be the main point of contact for both customers and staff members and much of your day will be spent problem solving and communicating with other people. You must have strong communication skills and understand how to read situations so you can find effective solutions and provide customers and staff members with the best possible experience. Strong organizational skills are a must. There will be a number of staff and customer requests coming in at a time and you will need to effectively keep track of all of them and address each one in a timely manner.
Job Description:
This is a full-time job (40hrs/week.)
Required to work at least 1 weekend shift per week.
Oversee scheduling and customer service operations at assigned properties:
-Serve as the liason between dog walkers / management / customers
-Handle all incoming customer inquiries
-Oversee service scheduling and add organize schedule as necessary
-Oversee onboarding of new customers and hold phone meet & greets
-Support field team as a back-up walker where needed
Staffing:
-Assist with hiring new dog walkers:
-Assist with team management & performance reviews
Assist Canine Specialist where needed, including but not limited to:
-Completing in-person customer meet and greets
-Updating dog profiles
Support the Area Manager with new building launches as needed, including but not limited to:
-Leasing team training's
-Concierge team training's
-Setting up and organizing on-site supplies
-Launch events
