Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is excited about joining their team and providing excellent service. They are looking for someone passionate about customer service and assisting those who need help.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing day to day customer inquiries and needs. They will assist customers with any issues via phone, email, and live-chats. Our client is looking for someone who has a flexible schedule, is willing to learn, can be a team player, and has strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming mannerInteract with a high volume of customers daily to address concerns, process orders, answer questions, and help with any overall needs
Work with urgency to ensure incoming inquiries are efficiently managed
Maintain knowledge of services and products
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
2+ years of recent customer service experience preferred
Flexible schedule required (ability to work evenings and weekends as needed)
Call Center experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions
Experience working with Microsoft Office
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
