We are looking for an energetic individual to join our exterior home remodeling company as a Call Center Manager. This person will possess strong leadership abilities and must be willing to lead by example. You will be leading and managing a team of call center reps that set both inbound and outbound appointments.
Must have open availability Monday-Friday as well as availability Saturday. The ideal candidate will thrive working a 40-50 hour a week work schedule and will work well under pressure. This position is highly performance-based.
Duties included: confirming appointments, motivating call center reps, training new hires, holding employees accountable to standards and benchmarks, jumping in to get the required numbers satisfied, maintaining customer information in company’s CRM.

Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
Self-motivated and results driven
Proven track record managing a call/customer service center
1 year of call center or tele-sales experience highly preferred
Recruiting and Hiring Skills
Training Proficiency
Willingness to lead by example on the phones
Ability to work nights and Saturday mornings
High school diploma or equivalent required
For the right candidate, we are offering:
Salary 40 - 60K (base + bonuses). This position is highly performance-based.
