DescriptionAn outstanding company in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey is in immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst. Daily the Help Desk Analyst will handle a high volume of support tickets and call requests. The ideal Help Desk Analyst will have prior experience supporting a large environment. The Help Desk Analyst will be solving issues with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, password resets, and much more. The Help Desk Analyst must also be open to working holidays and weekends when necessary.
