On-site office transcriptionist / Medical Scribe who pre-charts all office notes and follows physicians as they see their patients to complete notes. Responsible for reviewing medical reports and helping with administrative materials in accordance with specific standards. Perform other clerical duties such as answering phones, sorting paperwork, running errands or sending faxes.
