Electrical Engineering Professional Associate

Work on exciting and engaging large-scale transit and rail projects. Apply engineering principles to a variety of transit and rail projects as well as support technical research, specification development, quantity calculations, field inspection and testing programs. Provide engineering support in preparation of technical specifications for functional, sub system testing, maintenance and training requirements for vehicle, signal, communication, power, or subsystem procurements or overhauls. Perform oversight and witnessing of factory testing prior to approval for shipment; log discrepancies and prepare reports for status of system testing. Monitor field implementation and testing activities for a range of transit and rail assets; support System integration of vehicle, signal, communication, and power systems/subsystems from different suppliers for compatibility and functional performance. Utilize your familiarity with transit and rail systems (vehicle, signal, communication, and power) from key suppliers in the market to perform detailed design reviews of product and system submittals while assessing performance and specification compliance for vehicles, signal, communication, and/or power systems.
