This includes growing transaction volumes, revenue, distribution channel, merchandising and service quality for the portfolio within your area. You will manage and develop a team of area sales executives and will be responsible for ensuring that targets are met/exceeded and look at ways to reduce agent attrition. Using your inquisitive mind, you will analyse market data and company reports to address, reinforce or correct market performance trends and capitalise on market opportunities.Along with your strong desire to succeed you will have 5-7 years previous experience in Financial sales with a minimum of 3 years in a team management position. You’ll possess an inner drive to deliver and win in the marketplace and the ability to lead a team in achieving their objectives as well as your own. You will also possess a degree in Business, Marketing or related study and the ability to apply creative solutions. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable. You will have experience with retail preferably, bi-lingual is preferred and a strong / knowledge of New York Market, and successfully able to negotiate with all channels. You will be self-motivated and looking for growth and a challenge in your new career.You will manage 5-8 Account Executives.
