Our client, a luxury apartment complex, is looking for an organized and personable Part - Time Security Officer to join their team!
Position Overview:
The Part - Time Security Officer must be professional and courteous. The Part - Time Security Officer will oversee project-based work happening throughout the apartment buildings. The Part - Time Security Officer will work various 6 hour shifts on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming station and customer calls
Monitor apartment buildings and ensure guests are checked in properly
Forward all SCADA alarms and emergencies to department supervisor
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1 year prior security guard experience is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
