Residential property management company is seeking Maintenance staff to assist in overseeing the maintenance of commercial residential apartment buildings in Asbury Park, NJ. We currently manage over 20 residential buildings in Asbury Park, Belmar, Bradley Beach, and Long Branch.
We are seeking a candidate that has experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, sheetrock, painting, appliance repairs and interior and exterior maintenance of residential apartment buildings. Candidate must display a reliable and honest work ethic combined with a desire to succeed.
