The Mill Lakeside Manor in Spring Lake Heights, NJ is seeking an energetic mixologist to join our team. Our service members are outgoing and friendly with a passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing the best possible service.
At The Mill Lakeside Manor we are looking for someone with high volume bartending experience looking to learn to create high-end artisanal cocktail service. We combine this amazing service with a high-energy atmosphere in order to fully encompass a lively, yet still elegant, environment.
This is a great opportunity to work part time with a flexible schedule on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays in a beautiful friendly environment with great people.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 2 years hands-on bartending experience in a high volume operation
Extroverted personality with passion for entertaining
Cooperative team player with a sense of humor
Quality oriented with attention to detail
Attentive good listening skills and desire to improve
Hospitable and demonstrates a great service attitude
Willing to learn flair bartending skills and the passion to be the best bartender
Must be responsible and always punctual
