26 West on the Navesink, a high volume waterfront restaurant in Red Bank, is currently looking to hire additional assistant managers approaching the busy season. We offer a full liquor program with an extensive wine list paired with a New American menu.
With 260 seats across three levels we have a large operation with room to grow! We are always looking to increase our party and regular dining business as well as create thoughtful and well executed wine dinners and events.
As an assistant manager you will be given the opportunity to impact the business as whole and have a hand in everything from menu development to budgeting and scheduling. Specific duties include: guest experience, employee training, inventory and ordering, floor duties, basic maintenance, etc.
