Blazing Visuals is currently seeking a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative for our location in Point Pleasant, NJ.
Duties Include:
Greeting all customers.
Answering phone calls.
Checking customers out and processing payments.
Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Manage schedule and set appointments for sales team, design team, production team and install team.
Attract potential customers by answering product questions.
Suggesting information about other products and services.
Open customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Candidates:
Possess computer skills on Mac OS X.
MUST be extremely comfortable on the phone.
MUST possess strong, professional phone and email skills.
Be able to properly operate business software for day to day operations after being trained.
MUST have experience with accounts receivable.
MUST be able to invoice customers and process payments.
Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
MUST be able to multitask.
Be able to work under pressure, respond to change, and be the direct contact for clients.
Be organized, a self starter and reliable.
Be knowledgeable in importing and exporting artwork files from cloud servers to/from customers and design team.
Sign or print shop experience a plus but not necessary.
Working knowledge of design software which includes: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus, but not necessary.
MUST have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
